Enquiries and feedback are important to us, but it will be appreciated that the Association is organised and run entirely by volunteers.
Therefore, if a message is left by telephoning the office, leaving a voicemail reply or emailing, we will pass it to the appropriate contact as soon as possible.
ROOM HIRE BOOKING ENQUIRIES
The Booking Team is available at the Community Centre on Mondays between 9.30 and 11.30 am when we hold our regular Coffee Mornings (except Bank Holidays). This is the best time to enquire about bookings.
Otherwise, whoever is on duty will usually complete a form, detailing requirements, to pass on to the Bookings Team. Confirmation of a booking can only be given by a member of the Bookings Team.
We should warn that E-mail messages to the Lawninfo@virginmedia.com address are remotely monitored which could cause unacceptable delays in replies concerning messages about bookings.
