ROOM HIRE BOOKING ENQUIRIES

Enquiries about booking rooms at the Centre are managed by the Booking Team and may be made in the following ways:

Via email on the dedicated booking team email – lcabookingteam@googlemail.com

In person at the Community Centre on Monday mornings between 9.30 and 11.30 am (when we hold our regular Coffee Mornings) (except Bank Holidays).

By telephone 01793 651806 – the Office Volunteer on duty will usually be able to complete a form, detailing your requirements, and a member of the booking team will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Confirmation of a booking can only be given

by a member of the Booking Team.
